Yoga
DANA ARISS
For Dana, yoga is more than a physical practice – it is an invitation, an opening, a pathway to deeper connection with self, others, and spirit. It was during the stillness of Savasana that Dana first heard the quiet whispers awakening her to a journey of eating disorder recovery and sobriety. In gentle Vinyasa classes infused with this philosophy, Dana guides students to link breath with motion to create a practice of moving meditation. Students become ever-more present to the ebb and flow of change, embodying the physical discipline of asana as they embark upon their own paths of healing. Castle Ashby
Guests are invited to join us for a special event inside the Great Hall of Castle Ashby. Rebuilt for the 8th Earl in 1771–74 by John Johnson and redecorated under the 4th Marquess (1877–1897), the Great Hall was the central hub of daily life for the lord's household – family, retainers, and servants alike. Its open-plan layout and high ceilings, designed to enhance acoustics and ventilation, made it the literal and figurative heart of the home.

St Mary Magdalene
REV. ROBERT PENMAN
A Sunday morning service will be held at St Mary Magdalene Church, offering a welcoming space for prayer, reflection, and community gathering. The church stands on land that predates Castle Ashby by some four centuries and was likely used by the Bishops of Coventry, who held their seat here in the 14th and 15th centuries before the Compton family arrived in the 16th century. While the interior reflects late medieval craftsmanship, the earliest surviving feature is a 12th century Norman doorway, carefully reset within the later structure. Together, these layers of history form a living testament to the enduring human search for faith across generations and traditions.
EMW is an elegant, sophisticated invitation for everyone to feel seen. SBG did a brilliant job considering every detail and ensuring all aspects of participant needs were covered. You could drop in or take a break as needed.
