Mornings are dedicated to psychoeducational workshops led by global leaders in mental health, including Polyvagal Theory pioneer Deb Dana, joining us for her fifth summer.
Afternoons offer curated experiential sessions, including integrative mindset meditations with Megan Monahan, somatic movement with Betsy Polatin, nourishing yoga, rejuvenating sound baths, and immersive forest therapy.
